7-8 CUPS ORGANIC BLUEBERRIES (FROZEN THAWED)
2 T PURE MAPLE SYRUP
2 T CHIA SEEDS
1/4 CUP FILTERED WATER
2 T FRESH SQUEEZED LEMON JUICE
CRISP TOPPING
1/2 C FINE GROUND ALMOND FLOUR
1/2 CUP ORGANIC QUICK OATS
1/2 CUP PECANS
1/4 CUP ORGANIC COCONUT SUGAR
2 T FLAX SEEDS
1 T CHIA SEEDS
1 TEAS CINNAMON
1/4 CUP VIRGIN COCONUT OIL
Berries: In a blender mix 1 cup of blue berries the filtered water and the chia seeds blend until smooth and mix with the blue berries and pour into a greased baking pan
Crisp: mix all dry ingredients in food processor and pulse until well blended. Evenly spread over the berry mixture.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until bubbling.
