Ingredients

1 CUP RAW WALNUTS

1/2 CUP PLAIN PECANS

1/2 CUP RAW ALMONDS

1/4 CUP FINE RAW ALMOND FLOUR (BOB'S RED MILL IS GREAT)

1/4 CUP ORGANIC CACAO POWDER WITH MACA (NATIERRA BRAND IS GREAT)

1 T RAW CACAO NIBS

2 T CHIA SEEDS

2 T FRESH GROUND FLAX SEEDS (GRIND WITH COFFEE GRINDER FOR HIGHER NUTRIENT POP)

1/4 CUP DRIED SOUR CHERRIES

4 PITTED MEDJOOL DATES

2 T ORGANIC VIRGIN COCONUT OIL (NUTIVA BRAND IS GREAT)




Directions

Place all the nuts in the food processor and mix until coarse.  Add the cacao nibs, raw cacao powder, fax seed, chia seeds, sour cherries, and medjool dates mix until well blended,  Add the coconut oil,  blend until nicely sticky add more coconut oil if necessary.

scoop out spoonfuls (appoximately 1 T) and press/roll into balls with hands - yeah FUN!!  store in easy small containers great 2-3 pack grab-n-go's.
