Ingredients

INGREDIENTS:

6 ORGANIC FREE-RANGE EGGS

1 Large Avocado

1/4 tsp Paprika

2 T Chopped Red Onion

1/4 tsp Kelp Granules

1/4 tsp Black Pepper

2-3 T Chopped Red Onion

1/4 Cup chopped Celery and (celery leaves)


Directions

Method

1. Add eggs to Medium Sauce Pot cover with water to submerged

2. Bring eggs to boil, then remove from the heat covered for 12 minutes

3. Fill large Bowl with Ice and water. Using a slotted spoon, gently place the eggs in the bowl and chill for at least 5 minutes.

4. Remove the hard casing from the eggs and slice lengthwise - remove the yolks and add to medium mixing bowl

5. Add the pitted and peeled avocado, spices, mix until smooth add the chopped Onion & celery mix until well combined - add a little avocado oil if necessary to smooth
